Scheduling:

Benat Technologie web system allows tracking worked time using schedules (or without). When an employee worked, time is tracked using schedules. Employees will be paid only for the time recorded within the schedule assigned. However, any worked time recorded outside the schedule assigned will also be tracked, and could be approved to be paid if needed. We call this feature Approve Out Of Shift. The ability to track worked time using schedules is a global setting in the application.

Who’s In:

Who’s In feature in benattechnologie.net displays (in real-time) the latest punch state of the employee based on the time record. You could use this feature to see, at a glance, what are your employees are doing at the moment is being accessed.

Payroll Reports:

Time card reports :- Time card reports are usually generated at the end of the paid period to calculate employee worked hours. There are a lot of time card reports.

Detailed Reports :- This is the report mostly used. It will display the time card with detailed information including: User ID, Employee Name, Department, Location, Daily Totals, Weekly totals, amount owed before taxes, lunch taken, lunch paid and Out of Shifts hours.

Tax Report:

Report that includes the deduction of all the national taxes (ONA, IRI, CFGDCT, FDU, CAS). Excel support, flexible.
